FAQ
Who is eligible for the program?
Program is for (1) retailers whose primary business is to provide medical supplies to patients and consumers (including pharmacies); as well as (2) dealers whose primary business is to sell medical supplies to operators of medical, dental and veterinary practices, operators of surgical centers, or EMS providers. Other businesses, including long term care homes, retirement homes, hospitals, operators of medical / dental / veterinary practices / surgical centers and EMS providers, are not eligible for the Program. Cardinal Health Canada reviews program registration and approves membership. Only businesses in good credit standing within terms are eligible for the program. The Program cannot be combined with other rebate programs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
What purchases can earn CH Dollars?
CH Dollars are earned on all products except custom packs, nutrition products, diabetic testing agents and valved holding chambers. CH Dollars are not earned on tax, service, handling fees and redemption orders.
What can I redeem using CH Dollars?
CH Dollars can be used for Cardinal Health Canada purchases on shop.cardinalhealth.ca. CH Dollars expires 2 years after it becomes available to spend.
